- Local service coverage. Wherever you are in the UK, ask: how far is the nearest engineer? Response time matters more than brand on year two of ownership and beyond.
- Itemised quote. Any reputable installer should give you a written quote that breaks down the lift, rail, hinges, removal of any existing lift, and warranty. Lump sums hide where the cost actually is.
